Winter San Francisco City Hall Elopement

This sweet couple met while waiting in line to get into a pavilion…many many years later, they flew from Taiwan to get married in SF City Hall for their wedding elopement weekend and it was such a beautiful experience capturing their love 🥹💗

We met in the morning and I loved how the light shone through the beautiful San Francisco City Hall building, especially their top floor. We spent time in the first hour capturing photos of the two of them and later celebrated their ceremony with their closest friends. Some of their friends flew from the east coast and brought sentimental gifts from their childhood. The aura felt electric with excitement, and the two got married! We ended the morning with capturing some photos with their friends and family outside and then snuck the two of them away for some couple photos in front of and around San Francisco City Hall.

Reception at the Wayfare Tavern

The next day, we met up for their reception at the Wayfare Tavern. I arrived earlier than the guests so that we could capture some detail shots as well as some photos of the two before their party arrived. The reception was filled with beautiful florals, champagne, and cake. The two had also made personalized “thank you” gifts of yummy treats from a famous Taiwanese bakery! 

Such a dreamy, lovely wedding weekend with this sweet couple!
